We at Fishbot understand that orders may need to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and clear:
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched.
Non-cancellable Products: Custom orders, live fish, and perishable items once dispatched cannot be canceled.

2. Cancellation by Fishbot
Fishbot reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:
Stock unavailability or logistical issues.
False or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Fraudulent activity detected.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone, and any charges made will be fully refunded.
Return and Refund Policy
Fishbot prioritizes customer satisfaction and takes utmost care to ensure quality products. We offer returns and refunds on selected products under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Quality Issues: Only products that are damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery are eligible for returns.
Incorrect Item Received: Returns are accepted if the product does not match the order.

Cancellation Refunds: If canceled within the policy limits, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refund Method:
Refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items:
Products that are perishable, opened, or not in their original condition.
Items returned without authorization or beyond the return window.
