Cancellation and Return Policy 

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order by calling our customer support for Gujarat +91- 6355350884

or ping us on chat. 

We will not be able to cancel the order once it is out for delivery.

Can I edit my order?
Yes you can edit the order by calling our customer support for Gujarat +91-6355350884  or ping us on chat within 15 mins of placing the order. The customer support agent  can help you to add/remove individual items within the order.

Note: 

• The partial refund cannot be accepted once your order is sent for processing.
• Any modification on the order, the existing order will be cancelled and replaced with the new order number.

Delivery       

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is an minimum bill value of Rs.149 excluding delivery charges.          

Delivery charges
We charge a nominal fee of Rs.35  for all scheduled orders and Rs. 49 for express deliveries.

Note: To avail schedule delivery, the customer has to place the order 30 mins prior to the slot timing starts.

Express Delivery carries 49rs charges and the order will be delivered with in 120 mins from the ordering time. You can place the order under express delivery only between 7.30AM-7.30PM.      

What are your delivery timings?
We deliver every day of the week from 7.30am – 7.00pm.

Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?You are free to browse our site, but when we deliver, we need to know who you are and where you stay. Therefore, we need you to register before making your purchase. 

Didn’t get a Bill when you walked in to store?

1. Customers should report to the support team on the same day by reaching the support number 6355350884 for Gujarat.
2. Customer complaints will be investigated and resolved within 2-3 working days from the date of complaint raised. 
3. After successful completion of investigation the money will be added to the customer wallet within 3-4 working days. Customers can avail maximum wallet cash up to Rs.500.

Hassle free COD orders

How can I use the UPI option?
Once the delivery executive reach your location, you can ask him to show the QR code from his Fishbot rider webapp, you can just scan the QR code using Google pay/Phone pay/PayTM for paying the amount and enjoy the Hassle free COD.          

Can I load my balance cash to FISHBOT wallet when I pay cash to delivery person?
Yes, once you pay the cash to the rider, you can ask rider to load the remaining balance cash to Fishbot wallet and it will be added instantly. You can use the entire amount for next order.

Online payment 
Is my credit card information safe on your site?
Absolutely. All online payment related transactions are carried out through the secure payment gateway and are Payment Card Industry Certified (PCI DSS Certified).        

Will I be charged any additional fee for using online payment option?No, we don’t charge any additional fee.

My bank is not listed in the online payment option, how do I pay?
You can try paying through your Credit/Debit card, Online Wallets, Razorpay or through Cash on Delivery.

Terms & Conditions

1. All cashback related to Fishbot Rewards Program and other promotions/cashback offers will be credited into your registered mobile number as FISHBOT Rewards Cash
2. Cashback will be calculated on the net order value, after deducting discounts and redeemed FISHBOT Rewards Cash
3.  Each FISHBOT Rewards Cash is worth Re.1
4. FISHBOT Rewards Cash needs to be redeemed within 90 days from the date of credit. Beyond 90 days, respective FISHBOT Rewards Cash will expire and will be removed from the account
5.  FISHBOT Reward Cash worth up to Rs.50 can be redeemed in all bills of Rs.250 & above. (Excluding delivery charges)
6.  For Retail orders, inform the cashier to redeem against the available FISHBOT Rewards Cash
7.  For Online orders, App/msite – Select the redemption in “Cart Summary” page; Website – Select the redemption in “Payment Details” page

What is Fishbot Rewards Cash and How is it different from Fishbot Wallet Cash?  

Can I use FISHBOT Rewards Cash and FISHBOT Wallet Cash in the same order?
Yes. You can redeem FISHBOT Rewards Cash up to Rs.50 on all orders of Rs.250 & above. FISHBOT Wallet Cash can be used for the remaining amount.

Can I recharge FISHBOT Wallet Cash through Netbanking/Credit Card/Cash?
Currently, we don’t support external recharge of FISHBOT Wallet. We will be launching this feature very soon.

Can I transfer the FISHBOT Rewards Cash / FISHBOT Wallet Cash to other wallets or Bank accounts?
No. Cash credited to these accounts cannot be transferred out.

What is the procedure for referring a friend?

1. Download the Fishbot app
2. Choose the ‘Invite & Earn’ option
3. Invite your friends via WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Messenger, Gmail or Text Message
4. Your friend gets ₹ 100 discount on the first order using your referral code. You get 100 reward points once your friend completes the order.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Our products undergo multiple quality check before they leave our store. However in the rare case that your order was damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement, cancellation or refund by contacting our customer support for 6355350884 for Gujarat. within 15 minutes of receiving the products. 

Note : For any quality complaints. it is compulsory to hold the product in the originalpackaging for review by ourquality team. Basis product availability, we willarrange for replacement or will refund the amount to Fishbot wallet.

Products can only be returned if? 

1. The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
2. If wrong items were delivered against your order.
3. Unacceptable delay in delivering the order
